Attorney Scott Goldberg has been practicing law in Florida for over 20 years. Mr. Goldberg’s practice includes Entertainment Law (Film, Television, Music, Authors, Artists, Models, Actor, etc.), Intellectual Property Law (copyrights, trademarks, and licensing), Business Law (company formation and structuring, employment contracts, independent contractor agreements, confidentiality agreements, non-compete agreements, etc.), Multimedia Law, and Internet Law. In addition to his Juris Doctor degree, Mr. Goldberg also has a Master of Laws degree in Intellectual Property from the John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois.

Mr. Goldberg counsels clients on business and financing structures for their entertainment and media companies. For his film clients, Mr. Goldberg provides production legal services during development, pre-production, principal photography and post-production stages, and distribution legal services. Mr. Goldberg also counsels clients on copyright and trademark matters concerning their companies, film, television, and music projects.
